Feeling lost?

I chose this topic because I am going through this situation presently.
 
Have you been in such a situation where you have no idea of what's happening around you and then you just feel lost?

There might be an end number of reasons like not enjoying what you are performing or things are not taking place the way it planned or you just don't know where will you head to.

It is a phase of life but we make it more complicated by overthinking or over analysing the situation and it is normal, every human does the same thing even I overthink a lot.

To come out from this situation, you might have searched videos on the internet or you might be reading some articles/blogs like this and even I had done the same thing but it didn't work.

After a lot of experiments and personal experiences, I found only 2 effective ways, Self-Talk and Iterating the thing you love the most or you don't get bored doing again and again.

1. Self-Talk- Honestly, this has helped me a lot and I encourage you to do this every day. Talk to yourself in affirmations like for example "I am good at communication", I am good at helping others", " I am good at writing", "I am kind".

You need to tell yourself the strengths you have or how far you have come and by doing this every day you are training your brain to change the mindset and If the mindset is correct then you will be on the right path.

2. Iterating- You need to do the things again and again which you love the most.
For example, If you are good at writing then start writing every day or at least give some hours in a day, the point is to keep practising daily.

If you're busy with the things you love the most then you won't feel lost again.
