Are you mentally fit?

Physical fitness can be maintained by working out and eating a healthy diet but what about mental fitness? This pandemic had a bad impact on everyone's mental health. Many of us went through depression or still might be in depression, even I had to reach out to the therapist and complete the CBT therapy.  Though this pandemic had a bad impact but with this everyone got to know the importance of mental health. Now people have started thinking/talking about mental health and also I see people have started doing meditation, yoga and maintaining a proper sleep schedule to balance their mental health. Also, the people who were ignoring the importance of therapists are now consulting with them and completing their exercises/therapies. So, are you mentally fit? See y'all in the next blog, Cheers!
